From a state page to a workable address

Select a state to review an initial site-planning angle, then provide the actual address and receiving point. A city name, mailing address or large campus boundary may not identify the entrance a delivery vehicle should use.

Add a sketch or photographs showing the intended equipment position, the approach, overhead obstructions and the nearest relevant utility points. Describe access restrictions and the site contact responsible for receiving the equipment.

Check the route throughout the rental

Initial access is only one part of the location brief. Cleaning, supplies, maintenance and eventual collection may require repeat visits after the surrounding site has changed. Keep those routes available in the operating plan.

The state directory does not identify local depots or confirm availability at every address. Equipment selection and transport arrangements are reviewed against the site information and dates supplied with the enquiry.

Build an equipment schedule that can be checked

Use the selected guide to identify the equipment function, then attach the proposed configuration and site information to the same schedule. Review dimensions, access, connections and commissioning as related decisions so each unit has a clear place in the working arrangement.
